Dr. Christian Krell is the Director of the Nordic Office of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Stockholm.
Christian Krell joined the Nordic Office of the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) in 2016. Previously, he headed the Academy for Social Democracy in Bonn, Germany. Furthermore, Christian is member of the SPD's Basic Values Commission and lecturer at the University of Bonn where his academic focus includes party and democracy research as well as the social democracy's theory and practice. Christian is holding a PhD in Poltical Science on the European policy of the German Social Democratic Party, the British Labour Party and the French Socialist Party. He studied Political Science, History, Sociology, and Economics at the University of Siegen and the University of York.
Linda Larsson is program manager / research associate at the Nordic Office of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Stockholm.
Linda Larsson joined the Nordic Office of the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) in 2011. Before joining the FES, she worked in the Swedish public sector where she has specialized in health care issues and public procurement. Linda has studied political science and European studies in Sweden and Germany. Her particular fields of interest are European cooperation, migration and integration as well as European social policies.
Valerie Scheib is project coordinator at the Nordic Office of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Stockholm.
Valerie Scheib joined the FES office in Stockholm in October 2006. She holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and Management from the University of Konstanz in Germany. She also studied political science at the University of Uppsala and has a special interest in Baltic Sea cooperation. Valerie is on maternity leave until spring 2017.
Niels Stöber is project coordinator at the Nordic Office of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Stockholm.
Niels Stöber joined the Nordic Office of the FES in 2015. Previously, Niels worked as a research assistant at the Institute for North European Studies at Humboldt Universität Berlin and has studied Scandinavian Studies/Social Sciences (B.A.) and Global Studies (M.A.) in Berlin, Lund, New Delhi and Cape Town. Niels has a special interest in Scandinavian politics, migration, social movements and politics of development.
